Rookery Bay - The Place to Be

Award-winning cinematographer Elam Stoltzfus of Live Oak Production Group (Blountstown, Florida) has been working with the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection on film projects for over a decade.

He is currently working with Reserve staff on the revision of the10-minute film shown daily in the Environmental Learning Center. Thanks to the staff of WCI Communities at Hammock Bay and clear skies, excellent aerial footage of the 110,000-acre Reserve was obtained from the top of the Lesina tower.

The new film, entitled "Rookery Bay - the Place to Be" is now being shown in the Learning Center.
