Kayak Winner Drawn
Volunteers The Friends of Rookery Bay is pleased to announce that a winner was drawn for the beautiful Pokomoke kayak that was donated to the Reserve several years ago. Tickets went on sale in May and the fundraiser drawing helped FORB raise more than $1,000.

The winning ticket belonged to Sarah Futral, our own Coastal Training Program student assistant, who said that the kayak will enable her to enjoy hours of peaceful paddling on the lake behind her home. Congratulations, Sarah!
